FIX: Incorrect Pre-1753 Date Values With Jet ODBC Driver
ID: Q264081 CREATED: 25-MAY-2000 MODIFIED: 25-MAY-2000

The Microsoft Access product allows the storage of date values
in the range of January 1, 0000 to December 31st, 9999.
You can read and write pre-1752 dates using the Microsoft
Access ODBC driver, however, the value written or read may
not correspond with the actual date stored in the Microsoft
Access database. Therefore, reading and writing pre-1753
dates is not supported with the Microsoft Access ODBC Driver.

After applying this hotfix, the Microsoft Access ODBC Driver
will support dates in the range of 1/1/1601 and later.
