Customer Support - Customer support is provided free of charge for 30 days after your purchase date. Additional customer support can be purchased at the rate of $45 per incident. Shipping and Handling - Add $12 for shipments to destinations within the United States, $50 for all other destinations. Sales Tax - Massachusetts residents must add 5% sales tax. Payment Options - SYWARE accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express--please include your account number, name exactly as it appears on the card, expiration date, signature and daytime phone number.
